Ingrediënten: (voor 4 personen)
- 600g zoete aardappelen
- 1 eetlepel olijfolie
- Peper
- Zout
- Provençaalse kruiden
Bereidingswijze:
Je kan zelf kiezen of je de zoete aardappelen schilt of niet. Persoonlijk, heb ik ervoor gekozen om deze te schillen. De zoete aardappelen gaan we in frietjes snijden en dan doen we deze in een diepvrieszak. We voegen de olijfolie, zout, peper en kruiden toe. Dan doen we de diepvrieszak dicht en schudden er goed mee zodat alle kruiden en de olijfolie overal rond de zoete aardappeltjes zit. Doe dan de frietjes op een bakplaat bekleed met bakpapier en bak deze gedurende 30 minuten in een voorverwarmde oven op 175°C.
